Our Gifts

Our boutique features beautiful gifts that you’ll find only at Java Central: hand loomed Egyptian cotton scarves, hand beaded bags from Sinai, and our exclusive jewelry line, “It’s All About Me.”  We also have great mugs, candles, journals, novelty books, gourmet chocolates, and fun accessories.  We’ve got a little something to suit every taste, so come find the perfect present for that special someone!

Hand Loomed Egyptian Scarves
Experience the feel of 100% Egyptian cotton. The art of Hand Looming is believed to have been practiced for centuries. Weavers workshops have been found in ancient Egyptian tombs dating back as early as 8000 B.C. This age old craft is becoming abandoned in modern times.  Through the work of preservationists, this art of hand looming is being sustained. We work with organizations supporting communities throughout Egypt that continue to practice this beautiful craft to sustain their way of life.

Browse through our extensive collection of colors and sizes. No two pieces are identical, each varies in design, color, size and texture which makes them one of a kind.  They are not only hand loomed, but also hand dyed.

Hand Beaded Bags
These exquisite hand beaded bags are designed and crafted by the Bedouin women of Sinai.  This indigenous craft has been passed down through generations and the designs and colors are often influenced by the beautiful landscape these women inhabit.  They’re a great accent to any outfit and make wonderfully unique gifts.

Jewelry
“It’s All About Me” is a custom jewelry line of bracelets, earrings and necklaces. You’ll love the unique designs featuring beautiful stones and silver work. So go ahead and spoil yourself; after all when it comes to jewelry, it’s all about...you!
