Hand Loomed Egyptian Scarves
Experience the feel of 100%
Egyptian cotton. The art of Hand Looming is
believed to have been practiced for centuries. Weavers workshops have
been found in ancient Egyptian tombs dating back as early as 8000 B.C.
This age old craft is becoming abandoned in modern times. Through
the work of preservationists, this art of hand looming is being
sustained. We work with organizations supporting communities throughout
Egypt that continue to practice this beautiful craft to sustain their
way of life.
